The Transit Alliance will host its second seminar on alternative-financing and private-public partnerships on June 20.
Last year’s event brought together CEOs, engineers, lawyers, city representatives from Mississauga, Brampton, and the City of Toronto, to discuss the use of public-private partnerships to help fund infrastructure and transit projects on a municipal level. This year, the Transit Alliance is hoping to expand that discussion to include procurement and financing strategies. Honoured guests include Transit Alliance Chair Brian Crombie, Christopher Gower (Infrasturcture Ontario), Don Dinnon (Metrolinx), Sarah Roberts (Intech Risk Management) Stephen Prendiville (KPMG), and Omer Malik (Stonebridge Financial Corporation).
