The Transit Alliance held a private member’s dinner with Mr. Howard Eng, CEO of the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA). The dinner provided an opportunity for members to ask questions about the transformation of Pearson International Airport into a global mega-hub and to share innovative ideas for better transit and easier processing. The biggest theme of the discussion was interconnectivity, ensuring that passengers who fly in to Toronto are able to get to their final destination without much hassle. Other points of discussion included expansion, economic opportunities,the influence of technology, and the rise of autonomous vehicles.
