In a cabinet shuffle Wednesday, Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne has appointed MPP Kathryn McGarry as the new Minister of Transportation.
Steven Del Duca is replacing Brad Duguid as the Minister of Economic Development and Growth.
McGarry served as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Transportation between 2014-2016, prior to becoming Minister of Natural Resources and Forestry. She spent 30 years as a nurse and health care coordinator, and remains active in her community, especially when it comes to health care.
